I I can’t register my cell numbers it always reverts to Kazakhstan not swaziland

Unable to even complete initial set up
Both my wife and I were unable to set the app up on our phones.
Would not recognize my mobile number on my phone. Although it recognized the mobile number on her phone, it never sent the six digit OTP to authenticate and establish an account.
