This app almost never works. I can never get it to work when I need to just refill meds. It will not communicate with the pharmacy. Needs a serious update!

Easier to call the pharmacy
When the site is up and working, it’s a shock. Because most of the time it doesn’t work at all. It keeps every prescription you’ve ever had on there and there’s no way to delete old prescriptions so it gets very confusing after a while. When it does work and you can find the right prescription, it’s pretty handy.

Integris should just delete this service.
It is unusable in every single aspect.
Can’t log in most of the time. The scan doesn’t work at all and it doesn’t let you ask for refills the majority of the time even if you have refills.
This is the worst app ever. Idk how much money Integris is paying for this “service” but if it’s $1 a month it’s TOO MUCH.

Never works
This app is a joke! It hasn’t worked for about 4 months now. You’d think an app dealing with something as important as prescriptions would at least work.
