Not a very good app.
Costs money on top of licenses already purchased.
Not easy to use for sites with more than 1 controller.

Works very well
App works very well however when connecting to a single panel it would be good if you could remove the unnecessary option to select a panel every time you go into areas/ doors etc... understand it is needed if there are multiple panels when connecting to an integriti server but it is redundant in a single panel setup.

Need Installer Version
Great app customers love it. Would be nice if there were an installer version for us to remote connect to our customers while on the road to fix minor issues and run diagnostics without having to pull out a laptop for CS.
Easy to use, works well!
I'm very happy with this app, it does what it says and I use it to look at alarms as well as control doors and arm our office. Our security guy set it up for us initially and he put in the maps of our office. It's easy to use and I have even put in my own maps. Each page has a help button which is useful and I'm glad they did that. I would recommend it because it's pretty simple and it's great being able to see what's happening at our office wherever I am.

yep, this app needs an additional licence - not exactly publicised, and no one from IR mentioned it.
what a clunky and poor app - no installation or help files on IR website, no help files on the app itself and IR tech support knows nothing about it other than “it should be easy to install and setup”
IR shoots themself in the foot by shoving products out into the market and not knowing how to support them, or having any documentation to install it. Lame.
