Constant mobile deposit failure
Worst ability to accept checks using mobile deposit. The ability deposit checks is pretty much non-functional on this app. Checks are frequently rejected, and the solution is bring it into a branch or mail it in. This is truly substandard. Other financial institutions do not have this issue and offer the same security and customer service. It’s not worth the headache of having deposits rejected to use this bank.

When it works, it’s nice.
Have to reinstall again. It just locks up completely.
