How is Intelcom a high company and still Cannot Invest on Good Developers Teams . No Creativity, Bugs Everywhere till u lose count . I don’t have problem With delivery as I have Problems with this App . Never Satisfied, very disappointed. I would Change My review if I see Some Effort , or At least Listen to Drivers and There Needs . Thanks u

Why not fix it?
It would be nice to be able to get a working app, what’s the use to offer an app when most everyone here got difficulty using it?
No update
Using it for almost almost 2 years and there still has been no update. There has been no upgrade. It's still as low as it was I hope until come look into this and tries to fix it.

Not Driver Friendly
Not a good app for package delivery at all. 10 steps to do a single delivery? With more than one package for the same address you have to go into each one and do the same 10 step process wasting lots of time. Come on? Do better. Help us out!!!
Inefficient
This app is not efficient like other courier applications. It takes drivers to wrong locations as well back alleys most of the time. Driver needs to take so many steps within the app to complete a delivery.
Running on an XP server
Shows barcode and opens keyboard automatically. No customization on individual app, report logs bug out and take hours to finish. If I am sending an report to you, encrypt and send it quick
Wrong place to work
I drive for few days to this company. Delivering packages out of town sometimes its 6-7 or 10-15 minutes house interval of houses and worse is 30 minutes 1 way drive and just hot to know that they will pay same intown 1.83$ i spent 20$ on gas on 1 address and drive an hour back and forth amd been paid 1.83$ -12$ depends on weight. Not even enough to cover my gas more on all the things that needs to consider. So if you are thinking on working for them ask questions many time because they are not even transparent .

App udpate
This app update is so poor… we want selecting option back in which we can select multiple parcels at one time its hard to deliver single parcel and most we have multiple parcel for one building only so we need that option back in this update…. Please do it.

Multiple package and slide to choose option
Why is there multiple package option when you literally have to go into each delivery and click a picture for the same house? Also, clearly the app wasn’t designed to be user friendly as we have to slide down to the option while delivering it could be just tick option and boom you are done. Clearly no one is working on the app to improve it. Making our tough jobs even hard.
