Very bad Customer care service. If you immobilise it then it becomes very difficult to disable it. Had to call Customer care many many times to disable it.

Both the Services i.e online n offline arepathetic. The app is also not user friendly. Not getting any Notifications on my phone.. would change it after the expiry period !!

Worst experience with track N Tell every time I have to refresh the app to check the live location of the car.

One of the worst application ever encountered. Doest not support accurately on iOS devices. Whenever trying to login into application its again and again throwing back on the password reset option unable to login on the application. The location is also not accurate neither the other services are working properly. College students can develop more better application than the developers of this application has made. One of the worst tracker app , never buy this app or its products. They don’t work accurately. Customer support is worst. Details of trips and other data can’t be check or retrieved. It just shows car online and offline. Notification are zero and missing . Lag in the app. If you need problems buy this app. If you want peace of mind please research for a better option. I landed up buying this in emergency from car accessories dealer. Don’t recommend this to anyone. Worthless and total waste of money
