Frustrated with new version
Difficulty accessing editions using IPad. Was much better before switchover. Rare one click access, usually requires multiple attempts through email saying latest edition is available. Says I have no account, but I have had subscription to the Intel for years….but may be coming to an end if this continues.

Reads like a newspaper
I love to read the digital paper like a real paper newspaper. I have an iPad. I can Veiw the page and then just zoom in to read more. I take a screenshot of the word find and do the puzzles right on my tablet. It is just what I wanted.
Does not load easy keeps requiring log in

Worst Newspaper App
Constantly logging out of account. Long load times. Displays not working, lots of blank screens. Closing and opening app does nothing to clear problems. Terrible interface!!

The Intelligencer format on their digital edition is so easy to follow even a person eighty years old can do it.
Freezes when reloading
Much improved over the previous version. This version occasionally freezes when you reopen the paper on my iPad., and there seems to be no way out. I’m looking at a screen that says “ Down loading edition, 100%”. It stays there. Help!

This new version of the app is a major improvement from the previous one. Easy navigation and so far it loads the paper everyday!
Useless
This app gets stuck on a previous day’s paper and does not load the current day - no matter how many times one taps the calendar.

The Intelligencer should be embarrassed. This is a useless app. Does not work. It use to work several months ago. Time to cancel this paper once and for all. I cannot read the e-edition

Just terrible ... don’t subscribe. No refunds given when their app doesn’t work.
Horrible
The app is horrible. The newspaper is pushing people into using an e-edition but they’ve made it completely unusable. There is no functionality in the app at all. No ability to print from a phone or tablet. And the link for app support in this App Store sends you to the general contact page for the newspaper. What a joke.

No current issues
The app no longer contains the contents of the current newspaper. Most recent contents are two weeks old.
Completely unintuitive
Scrolling from page to page seems hard at best. Either it changes pages when you don’t want it to or you can’t even advance to next page. Should work like other online newspapers and magazines where you just tap on right or left edge of screen to advance or go back.

Doesn’t work most of the time
Current edition frequently won’t load; cannot select archived (past) issues; date selection doesn’t work; and font adjustment inoperative. Junk.
Poor and no support available
Can not get the current edition. In fact as of today it’s 3days behind. Not a good app at all. App support takes you to the papers general website and not to any app support.
Font and loading
Small, medium, and large font all look the same size and are too small. If you go too far when you stretch the page to see the print, it jumps to the next page. It is very frustrating. Yesterday morning, the paper would not load. Last evening when I checked again, the front page was still not visible.
