Where is the data saved!?!
Everything worked great in the app but could not find where it os saved.
App must have been made by Democrats...
Sounds great but it DOESN'T WORK.
This is the absolute worst app, tried it once and no luck. Gave it a second try and nothing oh and there is no contact information to get help,answer questions etc.

Bluetooth connection to iPhone not working
Connection to IPhone worked first and second time but never again. I have tried reinstalling but it is not connecting to Bluetooth. Since this seems to be a known issue and has not been fixed I would nit advise a purchase if remote access to the unit is important

So in order to view the data,I have to save it as a cvs or text and to view it I have to use iTunes!??????? How about just saving the file as an excel file and the user can save it to whatever cloud service they have. Please please fix this app.
Not bad at all
The other review seems a bit harsh so leaving this. It works fine on my iPhone 7s. You just have to press “start” in the app as per the instruction manuals and then you get two way connection and the app will handily record data every second or whatever resolution you desire. This is a great feature. Only way to “stop” the recording is to close the app, which is the reason I’m deducting one star (would’ve been easy to add a stop button, surely). Still, overall, nifty little app.

Works as expected.
I read the negative reviews of this app but downloaded it anyway because I noticed the recent update. It works as I hoped it would. The update corrected the issues and I’m impressed with how easily it synced with the BT-100APP. I took the anemometer and my iPhone outside to test and it works flawlessly. It didn’t crash or freeze. If after further use it does not continue to perform I will update accordingly.

Only intermittently operational with Bluetooth
It works fine as a stand alone unit.
When I turned on my iPhone’s Bluetooth, my iPhone paired quickly as indicated by the green LED on the unit.
I could only get it to work for only about 10 seconds before the app screen would freeze.
A reboot of the application would sometimes result in it running via Bluetooth. The few times it did, it hung again after less than one minute.

App does not seem to work with iOS 13.3
I used this with my BTMETER BT-100-APP Anemometer a few months ago but the app seems to be completely frozen and non responsive with iOS 13.3. My phone connects via Bluetooth to the device. The app is just broken. Please update the app.

SAYS IT SHOULD CONNECT TO THE HP-866B APP ( Pro handheld ) but the anemometer doesn’t have Bluetooth!!! What a con and a waste of time and money. It’s a gimmick that the actual digital anemometer doesn’t need ( although would be a nice extra ) but to pretend it is connectable via Bluetooth is just a lie! Dont even bother downloading it as it doesn’t work! .

Great When it Works
Connected to my iPhone and worked for awhile. Locked up and would no longer pair while I was testing function. Paired and working great with my iPad. Limited range.

The app and the HoldPeak device worked well...for one day. Now the app crashes within 10 seconds. No info. Not pairing?
It doesn’t work with the HP-886B
In the description it states it works with the HP-886B, nope it doesn’t. The box for the HP-886B said to download the app and has a QR code to link to this… why when it doesn’t work with it.

Non functional
Won’t allow change from centigrade to fahrenheit. Doesn’t accurately “talk” to phone app.
