Very low volume
Since an update a couple of months ago, meetings are heard at a very low volume, and I have to connect Bluetooth speakers, but the volume is still low. Check that out.
Worked great until they updated to the new system
App stopped working for our Church with the switch to the new backend. It will connect but no sound playing whatever I try to do. The website version works though

Amazing service!
Used the service at a conference in Phoenix. We are mostly technical people so we understood it very quickly. This was very simple to navigate and not much to think about from the end user point of view. Just click and listen.
It would be nice to have captioning service on there too, not just audio.

It stopped working 20 mins after the event started.

I am the lead organizer of TEDxDili. Our official language is Tetum. We are organizing our event on July 29. We would like to use this app to help out with the translation (Tetum to English). However, it seems that Tetum is not available here. Is it possible to add Tetum as well? We are a small country located between Australia and Indonesia. Thanks a lot.

If you choose the wrong language you're F*%#*D
I chose English, thinking that meant it would translate in English, which it didn't, it translated in Spanish. And then I could never change it back even after uninstalling the app!!! I got to sit in an hour long session at a conference not understanding anything that was said, what a horribly made product!

The app was very smooth. It was very easy to download the app, and when I opened the app, I only needed to push ‘Play’ for the English language translation to hear translation clearly and in real time. Great product!
