In-Depth Educational App
If you are looking for just another game for you or your child, this is not for you. However, if you are looking for an in-depth interactive educational storybook experience that really brings the solar system into your hands, check out this app. As a former educator at a science museum, I like that this app thoroughly covers school standards for this topic.
Seeing some of the reviews where this app had not been working and that some fixes were made, I decided to check out the app thoroughly on both my husband’s newer IPad and my older IPad, and am happy to say everything works great! The pictures are stunning and the Size Comparison page where one can interactively compare the size of one planetary object with another is absolutely the best!

Don't buy this app.
IT DOESN'T WORK. I can't get past the first page and it crashes. I bought it because of all the impressive reviews. I will change my rating when it works.
Doesn’t Work Past third Page
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I’ve had this app for less than a year, and there have already been issues in getting it to load. Now, I can’t swipe beyond the third page without it crashing. I have tried redownloading the app and restarting my iPad, but nothing has worked. Money wasted.

Amazing!
This is the best solar system app I have ever seen. It is actually the best educational app I have seen. I hope that this company does more apps like it on other topics. How about geography next? I teach grade 3 and I have used this app for my solar system unit. The students love the size comparison portion the most. My 3 year old is also obsessed with planets and he has memorized many facts from this app. Thank-you!

Really Informative
This is a really informative app, it also has videos embedded and that makes it a really useful visual tool.
I only feel (personal taste of course) that the colours are not nice at all ( the text boxes) and the text are too big. It might e that this is because it was targeted at children. But the text covers too much part of each screen and the colours could be better.

I learned a lot
I really enjoyed this app because I have learned so much about the solar system. I learned that the Milky Way is brownish yellow and I always thought it was white. I also learned that Uranus has rings but they are too dark to see.
Crashes every time I open it - 5 star reviews must be fake
I was excited about this app because of all the great reviews, but it crashes every time I open it. I have been trying to get it to work for 2 days. I can't help but wonder if the 5 star reviews are fake.

As a fourth grade teacher, I love sharing interactive apps with my students that I know will engage AND teach! This app is awesome! The info is presented in a reasonable and interesting way and it will be easy for my kiddos to understand. Thanks for creating a fun, science tool.

Bar far the BEST educational book!!
Kudos to the developers of this app!! I am so impressed with all of the interactive portions of the book. Please make more of these types of books. A book about dinosaurs with this type of interaction would be great too! My son will be so excited to see this...I'll probably never get my iPad back now ;). Fantastic!!

Wish I had this when i took my Astronomy 101 course!
Got this app for the kids but I also found it interested and learned information that I'd forgotten since my course. Nicely done.
Problems
The app only opens for few seconds on my iPad before it abruptly closes. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, as well as restarting my iPad only to have the same result.
