Constant Login problems
I have had so many problems with logging in. Have had to change password constantly, delete the app, reinstall restart my device & it’s still not working half of the time
App Doesn’t have Zelle
The app always glitches, sends weird codes I don’t need to my phone. You’d think your banking app would be solid, kind of scares me.

I have never had any luck with this sorry app. It goes blank when I push Zelle.

No Zelle
I’ve looked everywhere for this feature they say they have. I followed all the steps that their website said and there’s no option for Zelle where it says it should be!
Features not working
The website says you have to use the app for Zelle but there is no way to access anything for Zelle on the app. This is a major issue when it is the quickest route to get your money in your account when needed instead of transfers other ways.
No Zelle
They said they have Zelle support but when I combed though the entire app it’s no where to be found

This app is horrible.
App hardly ever works
Since getting this app it has worked a handful of times in 2 yr time span! I mean I got it so I can use it not have to call the bank to get a balance or go into the bank itself. Fix your app!!!!

Very easy to transfer.
Mobile deposit
When using the mobile deposit feature, it doesn’t matter how clear the picture is to you, only occasionally will it actually take the first picture I take. I sometimes have to take 2 or 3 pictures before it actually takes it and when it says it can’t read one side or the other, you still have to retake pictures of both sides.

Keep having to change password
Never reliable
Every two weeks or sooner it doesn’t recognize the password so it makes you change it. On top of that FaceID stops working as well. It also takes forever to load most of the time. It also has had more technical difficulties message errors than any other app on my phone. Genuinely makes me want to bank elsewhere.

Useless banking app
You have a 50% chance with this app working, worst banking app out there.
Missing features
No Apple Pay, servers keep crashing, no notifications, and the app is ugly.
UPDATE: because I use Face ID the app thinks I’m putting in my password wrong and keeps kicking me out. I don’t have time for I need to be able to log in, I don’t want to have to remember a password, I don’t want to have to keep creating a new password every time the app kicks me out. THIS IS B.S.
