付了钱的软件居然还那么烂，一换封面就闪退，无论怎么打开，试过关机重启，删掉重新下载都是一样！！太气人了！软件是好软件。但是能不能做好一点呀呀

I tried a pdf to EPUB conversion, and it was terrible. Virtually unreadable. I paid £7.99 for the pro version. I’ve asked for a refund but I’ve yet to receive a response. I clicked on the app support button in the App Store, and it was all in Chinese.

Honestly? Feels scammy.
I hate to say it, but after buying a month subscription to take care of a set of files that needed o be converted, I never got access to those files. When I try to view the converted file, I’m prompted to upgrade. Even though I, uh. Already upgraded. This is a flagrant ripoff and I don’t know if it’s shoddy coding or what, but I regret spending the $2 on it.

Candy Crush ads have ruined this!
This used to be a 5 star app.... now I would give it zero if I could. Candy Crush ads open everytime you press any button within the app and their close options don’t work. There’s literally no way of closing the ads at all, making the app totally unusable.

I don’t mind the pop up ads. The developer needs to make money. But but but… the “x” to close the ad is so tiny and placed so close to the edge of the iPhone 11 screen that it is quite literally impossible to close the ad.
I am required to repeatedly force quit the app and restart it, and try again in hopes of loading an ad that has a working close button. This is a huge annoyance over time, and probably not the way the dev intended for it to work.
Other than that, the app works. I hope this can and will be fixed. Otherwise, I’ll start looking for another solution.
