Balance column is absent in dashboard!!! Worse, I don’t readily find it in Statements.
Who does not like seeing the balance total especially for a checking account?
Check Deposit Faulty.
I wish your system would enable me to make deposits from my cell phone. For 2 years now I’ve photographed my check but when I click “Submit” it responds “Refused.” My iPhone works perfectly so I’m disappointed.
Not User Friendly
The process to pay a credit card bill is antiquated and irritating. There is very little info on the webpage. (Do they have car loans?)

Catching up to the App Age
Ever since, I’ve ‘always done it that way’ with ATM deposits through my debit card and the CO-OP Network.
Having to need a replacement card, (It would take several days for the card to arrive), I was diverted to almost sending a deposit by postal mail to discovering that I could actually deposit by phone through the App. My account appreciated the promptly deposited funds.

I love my UMFCU
Never used a credit Union before. I used banks, but this is so much better than any bank. They treat you like a person here. The lack of branches are no problem because you can practically go into any credit Union in the country and still do business with UMFCU.
