Interiors One App allows the employees and customers of Collins Aerospace to create and manage service requests. The features in the app are listed below -: - Create Request • Create service request for a product in various categories like Warranty Request, Technical Request, etc. • Optionally, add files/photos with your requests to improve the understanding of the request. - Manage Request • View details of service requests created by you and people in your organization. • Track your service requests. • Take actions on service requests’ action items. • Post comments and additional queries for the request. - User Registration • Register as Collins Aerospace employee or external customer to use the app.
