About

Remember what you learn, without the busywork. Write a note, and Interleaf turns it into flashcards and brings each one back just before you would forget it. ONE BUTTON TO STUDY Start an Interleave Session and Interleaf mixes the cards due today from every deck into one calm session. Mixing subjects (interleaving) makes each recall a little harder, and that effort is what makes it stick. You can still study a single deck, or only the notes that match a tag, search or filter. TWO BUTTONS TO ANSWER Reveal the answer, then tap Hard if you couldn't recall it or Easy if you did. Swipe left or right if you prefer. No grading scale and no second-guessing. Each button shows when you will see the card next. SCHEDULED BY FSRS-6 A modern memory model plans every review. It estimates how well you know each card and schedules it for the moment your memory starts to fade, so you spend your time on what you're about to forget. Set a target retention and daily limits for new cards and reviews per deck. Card Info shows the model's view in plain words: stability, difficulty and your chance of recall today. FOUR KINDS OF CARDS • Basic: question on the front, answer on the back • Reversed: one card in each direction, ideal for vocabulary • Cloze: hide words in a sentence and fill in the gaps • Type-in: type the exact answer and see a character-by-character comparison Notes support Markdown, bullet lists and photos. ORGANIZED YOUR WAY Group decks in folders, add tags with suggestions, and search or filter by due, new, leeches and suspended cards. A card you keep failing is marked as a leech, so you know which notes to rewrite. CALM, NOT GAMIFIED No streaks, badges or confetti. Home shows honest numbers: what is due, about how long it will take and when the next card comes back. An optional daily reminder includes your due count. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • No account, no ads, no tracking, no usage analytics • iCloud sync through your private iCloud database keeps iPhone, iPad and Mac in step, and you can turn it off • Export everything, including images and review history, to a single file • Import adds what is new and never deletes anything • Optional anonymous crash reports that you can turn off in Settings MADE FOR EVERY APPLE DEVICE Native on iPhone and iPad, with a two-column layout on iPad, keyboard shortcuts on iPad and Mac, and support for Dynamic Type, Dark Mode and VoiceOver. Use Interleaf for languages and vocabulary, medicine and nursing, law, exam prep, coding or anything else you want to keep for good.
