This interface sucks

The old system was fantastic this new one is terrible. I can’t see old data that was before this one. Terrible may not even come close to what I really think.

Great until today

It was a waste of my time at today’s appointment. Took me 25 minutes to get there for 1 minute talk with the ortho. Could have set it up over the phone call. Can’t even get relief for the amount of pain that I have been in for the last year and more. And now resulting to surgery that I may have to prolong the surgery until next year.

Complete joke

Like the title says, the app and the whole facility is a joke.

Matt Allen in Radiology

He was so great. He showed me everything and explained everything he was doing.

Totally awesome

I can’t say enough about Intermountain Health. Great doctors, no waiting for the most part, smooth and easy x-rays and lab work. Just an overall great experience. Compared to other other health providers.

Dr.Coy

He's the best doctor so compassionate so calm so great you can't find a better doctor than him. Love you Dr.Coy and thank you so much For everything you do! SM..., 🙋🏻‍♀️🌺

Dr Lamarr Tyler

I have been a patient of Dr. Tyler for about 10 years, and I couldn't ask for a better OB/GYN. He delivered both of my sons, and now I'm excited that he will be delivering my third baby as well.

He is always professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Appointments are well organized, and I'm never left waiting long. Even though he works quickly, he always makes me feel heard and confident in the care I'm receiving.

After a decade of trusting him with my pregnancies and women's health, I can honestly say I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced, compassionate, and dependable OB/GYN. Thank you for the excellent care you've given me and my growing family!

Disappointed

My care began here back in February of this year and up until recently, I have been 100% satisfied. Some of my prescriptions ran out and when I attempted to contact my provider, I was informed she was no longer here. I was also told I would have to come
in for a “new patient” visit with a different provider. All I needed was my prescriptions to be refilled. Simple. I don’t live in Billings and this is a huge inconvenience. I am not on medications that require lab draws or monitoring. I am not at a different clinic. This makes no sense to me.

My ER stay, blood labs, and radiology results are completely missing

I was admitted to the ER today for a suspected heart attack, and/or complications from a previous visit this week at a different clinic. The ER visit is not logged in the app. I had x-rays taken while in the ER. These results are not available in the portal. Instead they are categorized as upcoming appointments. Scheduled for the day and time I was physically in the radiology lab. Blood was taken, presumably for labs ordered, yet no trace exists on the portal. To be fair, this is most likely not due to a broken app optimization. Rather, more likely than not evidence of malpractice by the attendant ER physician.

Extremely functional

Doesn’t look very pretty, but sure is functional! So many documents can loaded and can be signed very quickly and easily. Lots of information and easy to use.

Too easy to miss something

My message says to print an order and schedule an appointment for an MRI. I can’t do that. Why can’t they call me and schedule it for me?

Never can find the help I need

I try Ai and it is useless. I cannot talk to a real person in here. The options I need are not listed in here. I hate this app

Confusing

Has worked pretty well until recently. appointments show up one minute and gone the next. Very frustrating.

5 star

This app is very user friendly and convenient to find all of my medical needs

Hospital

Great app it’s very easy to use

Garbage app

This application is not usable. I tried to schedule appointments with a Sport Medicine Doctor I press the “other (specify with comments)” and not comment bar shows. Do more user testing before introducing apps and get better UI/UX designers who care about user experience. Make apps simple.

Standardized “MyChart”

Please try to create ONE standardized version of EPIC - MyChart (University of Utah; Intermountain Health; MountainStar; Ogden Clinic).
Your individual tweaks to report systems are confusing; time wasting; costly.

Access to labs is lacking

Twice now the labs are not published here. In fact, I can’t see them anywhere
That’s not helpful. Also bills are lost in here. I will get an email that there’s a bill but never be able to find it in the app

Password

This is one of the worst apps. Every time I try and log in,it states my password is incorrect. I go to change everything is successful. I close out of everything and attempt to sign in. System is stating my password is incorrect. I have been doing this for the past 20 mins. I’v given up. They really need to get this corrected. I continue receiving text and emails stating im not registered but I’ve been registered for at least a year. Please do better.

Awesome

Great provider. Always listens and tries to help. Dr. Coy cares about his patients. One of the best doctors I have ever been to.
