Never can find the help I need
I try Ai and it is useless. I cannot talk to a real person in here. The options I need are not listed in here. I hate this app

Has worked pretty well until recently. appointments show up one minute and gone the next. Very frustrating.

This application is not usable. I tried to schedule appointments with a Sport Medicine Doctor I press the “other (specify with comments)” and not comment bar shows. Do more user testing before introducing apps and get better UI/UX designers who care about user experience. Make apps simple.

Access to labs is lacking
Twice now the labs are not published here. In fact, I can’t see them anywhere

Password
This is one of the worst apps. Every time I try and log in,it states my password is incorrect. I go to change everything is successful. I close out of everything and attempt to sign in. System is stating my password is incorrect. I have been doing this for the past 20 mins. I’v given up. They really need to get this corrected. I continue receiving text and emails stating im not registered but I’ve been registered for at least a year. Please do better.

Need to sift through lots of repetitive information when trying to review clinical notes or labs, like how important it is to get vaccines, there should not be education info in the same place as labs. My past visits from last year say “archived” not sure what that means and I cannot find any clinical notes for some of my appointments so I can’t review what we discussed, disappointing and frustrating app

My x-ray
I had an x-ray today at Intermountain health, the Heber Valley Hospital. The staff were terrific, from check-in to getting the x-ray. However, when I got the x-ray report, it was very poor and extremely superficial. I tried to contact the radiologist as I am a physician, to provide him with important history, and to have him re-read the x-rays more specifically and properly. The first assistant tried to put me through, but the radiologist didn’t answer, the second assistant sent me to clinical services because patients aren’t supposed to talk to radiologist. This is the second really poor x-ray that I’ve had read at Heber Valley Hospital. The first was after an emergency visit where the physician and the radiologist completely misread a critical finding and missed a diagnosis which had me walking on an injured foot that needed immediate attention. I don’t recommend going to Heber Valley Hospital for imaging services.

You need someone to fix this site so it is on top of things. Its asking for tests that are done or insurance refused to pay for. It doesn’t have anything correct on my site or my wife’s. Plus it said we iwed nothing and then you took money out of monies that should have been refunded. We pay everytime we see a dr or tests are ordered way ahead of the tests. Plus we have a card on file to pay. So I think you need to double check everything and either use the card to pay or refund ys what is over paid. Get a better web designer

Makes Everything Easy!
Using My Chart for Intermountain Health makes completing forms for appointments so easy. Then when I arrive for my appointment everything is completed. It’s also great for checking test results or reviewing notes by my doctors after appointments. The app is very clear and easy to use. I love it. I highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

July 3, 2026 Needed to refill a prescription called the RC Clinic and was told by the AI assistant that a doctors assistant would be with me shortly, wait time approximately 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, still on hold I decided to drive to the clinic and talk to a human; 3/4's of the way to the clinic the answering service picked on the call and advised the clinic was closed for the 4th of July holiday and would have to wait until Monday.
