Do not waste your time, Worst app available
I have given this app plenty of time to work, fix bugs, problems etc.
every time I use the app or for better wording try to use app it doesn’t work
It won’t load or even show the sign in,?it gives an error message of “null null null”
This has been days and weeks on end. I’ve deleted and reinstalled on several occasions and still not working. I’ve given up. Basically all the Intermountain apps behave the same way and are a complete waste and extremely frustrating and unreliable.

App won’t load
I keep getting errors to try again when opening the app. Fix it!!!!
“Processing. Please wait.”
The app constantly fails to login or load. The issue is also persistent on the website portal, which tells me their servers are very slow. Hopefully they resolve this issue which has been persistent since I began using this app, and makes the app unusable 99% of the time.
Account lockout super annoying
It says if you reset your password the lockout is reset but it doesn't.
So convenient!
I love that I can manage my family’s prescriptions from this app and see if we have refills left, etc.

Awesome app
It’s just awesome. What else is there to say. We have a pharmacy right in our own backyard (so to speak) and it’s also awesome that we don’t have to go very far to pick up my sons prescription. We can order a refill with just a press of a button. 🥰💖
Couldn’t even make my account
When making your account you are only aloud to enter 7 numbers for your Rx number. Mine is longer than that so I couldn’t go any farther than the sign in page, so annoying.
Won’t let me refill or use app!
Every time I try to open this app and use it to refill my prescriptions it says it has restrictions and I have to turn them off before I can use it. I don’t know how to turn them off. I’ve gone to settings multiple times to see what restrictions are on, but I don’t see any. HELP!!! I’ve refilled one prescription on this app, then it stopped working. I would love to use it if it was fixed.

Won’t open with ios12. Totally blows.
Updated to ios12 beta. The app fails to open but it’s a beta. Installed the finished iOS 12 and it still won’t open.

This app was a great idea but it stopped working a while ago. Can’t get past the splash screen now. Just hangs.

Does not function as described
Cannot sign into app, so all functionality is worthless. If I could sign in, it would be a great service. Please fix

This app is super easy and convenient I love it.
Not ready for prime time.
Not intuitive. While trying to switch pharmacy location it refilled a prescription at the wrong pharmacy and I have no way to cancel. Also, why do I have to have multiple apps, accounts and passwords to interact with Intermountain? I don't need multiple apps to interact with my bank. Very frustrating!
