This app asks you a couple of questions – How old are you? Which pre-existing conditions do you have? etc. – and creates your personal Health Passport as a PDF document. It comes in two languages, and you can choose English, Chinese or German. All yes-or-no-questions are translated automatically. The PDF document can be printed or sent via email.
Also, you can note your body temperature and your symptoms. If you choose one of the predefined symptoms, it will be translated as well. Your body temperature will also be noted in Apple Health.
Highest privacy standards are applied. Your data does not leave your device. The PDF is created locally. There is no connection to the Internet. Your data is not being analysed or sold.
The app has basic support for accessibility users.
