What’s wrong with the game it keeps jumping around and freezing

My screen is stuck inside where u get the toilet paper and i cant play the game now
Fun game but…..
Got to level 8 and now game is frozen on the room with the toilet paper. Can’t find my guy anywhere and can’t move the screen. And yes, waaaaay too many ads!
