It shows the amount of data downloaded/uploaded but I can’t find a way to change how often it updates or to force an update.
The speed monitor is really good except it only shows on the lock screen on my iPad and if I touch it then the main app opens and I can’t no longer see the speed which is what I really want.

The paid version is limited to basic functions.
This program is locked at 100mbs and will not record higher speeds within it. It is unreliable and the paid version is not worth it.

It's a notification not a widget. You have to give the app notification permission
