Unable to login at all, nothing in the app does anything at all, they are just empty buttons that fail to open links. How can i use your service if I can't even login at all? Weak.

Great app and service, I actually really like that they have decided to keep things plain and simple.
A little more visual customisation would be appreciated though…simple things like being able to customise the colour of folders or adding icons to folders, for easy identification would be nice.

Sketchy Service
While I hate trusting Apple with my info, their service works. The fact that I almost bought the lifetime service for this app scares me. Uploads fail, and I can’t update my profile photo or name.

Thieves and fraudulent. Beware. Terrible third rate service and scam customer service. Needs to be banned.
Waste of Money
A very unreliable iCloud service if you are using it through the app on an iPad . There are problems connecting to the server and the tools are poor. I spent $149 on a lifetime storage plan and I’m trying to get a refund. They haven’t answered any of my e-mails or chats for 10 days now. They are located in Spain and I don’t think they even care. Very frustrating.

There is no option to sync your photos from you phone to this drive you have to do 20 at a time and with many thousand photos that’s just not going to cut it. It is cheap but still not that cheap that you don’t get basic settings

Eliminated Auto Upload Feature
Disappointed that they have elected to move away from this app and eliminate that auto uploading of photos. No longer see thumbnails of the images, slow uploading times, complete lack of up-to-date features available to other platforms. Lifetime storage, but everything has to be done manually!
Bait and Switch, refused to refund
Their pricing page said I could get 10TB for $10.50 but failed to mention anywhere on that page that it was for the first month only. I found out on the first day of my second month when I saw a $35 charge. I immediately reached out and they said that they wouldn't give me a partial refund. They claimed that they did say, on the sign up page, that the second month is $35 but when I went back to look, I found it in tiny letters at the very bottom of the page. It was also partially behind my iPad's white bar. So even if I had noticed it, I wouldn't have known what it was about. Don't trust these guys. I've cancelled my account and am moving on with my life now. You should, too. I wonder how they'll mislead their users next... oh wait, they just got rid of all their good deals! No more 10Tb! Like I said, moving on...

Great Idea… but..
As the old adage goes “you get what you pay for “ and in that respect, I think a lot of the comments are unfair.
Internxt is basically saying “buy the space you need, at a fraction of the price… like 80% cheaper than some big names. So if Internxt is trying to say “we are the Dacia of the cloud, I think 1 Star reviews, because they are not Ferrari standard, is pretty low.
So in short; you get cloud space, you dump your photos and documents (Word, Pages, PDF’s), and that’s it. There’s no thumbnail or metadata or ladies sprawled over bonnets, there’s no hairy chested Mickey either (thankfully). But if you do want that, there’s plenty places that will take £8.99 for 2Tb, you don’t need to look far.
PS: Developers; thumbnails are a basic thought. I mean, it’s like going to buy a Dacia, but you are not allowed to know what it looks like until you get it… that’s like USSR Soviet Lada’s!

Change your icon please
Just started trying out your service but, out of the gate, please change your icon! I don't want people to think I'm using that oligarch's social network! Besides, if he finds out you're using "X" as your logo he could sue.
I just noticed that there is a 25 photo upload limit. Annoying but not a dealbreaker. I don't see the slowness others are complaining about. I do think the ability to select multiple files and move them all at once is DEFINITELY NEEDED!!
Also, while your pricing and encryption options seem great, you really need an auto-photo-upload feature. All the cool cloud services have one and it seems like an obvious omission. But mainly, please change your icon! Thanks!

Its missing key features to make an it extraordinary like iPhone files integration and photo backup.
Otherwise, its a fantastic app for anyone who cares about protecting their data. If you don't, go get Dropbox or some other platform that has access to all of your files.
