Never getting another interphone or sena product ever again. App is terrible and product unreliable. Ucom4 keeps having connection issues with other ucom4 and app shows its connecting through Bluetooth with other intercom for some reason.
App shows low battery, yet the device cannot be charged anymore. Same with battery status on the device.

Aplikace funguje skvěle, párování se zařízením je rychlé, má sice jen pár funkcí, ale nic víc nepotřebujete.

Každopádně UNITE aplikace je super, funguje skvěle je přehledná a pro používání MESH a párování velmi usnadňuje. Navíc české zastoupení Interphone mi vždy skvěle poradilo.

Il prodotto è fatto molto bene devo essere onesto,l ho aggiornato sperando di risolvere un bug ma niente..quando sono da solo l interphone mi dice sempre connessione fallita ma cosa cavolo significa!?!a cosa sta provando ad agganciarsi?è molto fastidioso e non riesco ad eliminare questa cosa..per il resto ottimo volume e suono,funzioni ottime di chiamata,comunicazione,musica..tutto ottimo ma leggendo dalle recensioni ci sono troppi bug anche per gli altri vedo…peccato

Funktioniert bislang stabil
Bei meinem IPhone 11pro mit neuester Ios Version, funktioniert die app stabil, der Funtionsumfang gefällt mir, mal sehen wie es sich im Alltag beweist.

In riferimento a ucom16. App pc per aggiornare il dispositivo tramite cavo usb di dotazione praticamente lentissimo, tempi biblici solo per riconoscere il dispositivo collegato. Dopo appena 20 minuti forse lo riconosce. Procedi con l’aggiornamento firmware da v1.0 a v1.0.5 tempi eterni e non funziona, arriva a metà e perde il riconoscimento del dispositivo e devi rifare tutto da capo. Appena l’app da pc dice ok, e’ aggiornato, fai salva e perde di nuovo tutto. Provi ad accendere il dispositivo una volta scollegato correttamente dal pc e attivi la sua app sullo smartphone e puntualmente tutto il tempo perso… e’ stato inutile perché non ha aggiornato nulla. “Impossibile aggiornare il firmware. Imposs. a stato [6][50]”. Secondo me e’ da rivedere e aggiornare tutto in generale. Ucom16 funzioni che non funzionano bene, tasti che fanno quello che vogliono in tempi che vogliono, volume soprattutto. Peccato perché non mi pare che te lo facciano pagare poco il dispositivo stesso…

La funzione leggi nome chiamata in entrata non funziona se la voce è impostata su Cuffie o stereo auto . Si potrebbe risolvere questo bug per un corretto funzionamento.

Batterie non si ricaricano
4 batterie totali x ucom 2 coppia -560 mah. Non si ricaricano. Messaggio continuo battery low. Led blu della batteria resta acceso anche se il device e’ spento. Mai utilizzato in un anno . Ho acquistato un prodotto non all altezza.
Problema configurazione
Non riesco più ad accoppiare il dispositivo con l’app e in più ogni tanto, mentre vado in moto, si sente una voce ‘configurazione assente ‘ … a distanza di un anno mi aspettavo qualche progresso ulteriore
Da perfezionare
Rubrica telefonica che non prevede il prefisso internazionale. Se si antepone il prefisso internazionale poi vengono tagliati gli ultimi numeri e pertanto è impossibile chiamare tramite la chiamata rapida. In riferimento al U-Com 16… Comandi vocali che non funzionano. Comandi che agiscono in ritardo notevole. Comandi che non rispondono alla funzione ma eseguono tutt’altra azione. Urge una versione 2.0 è un nuovo firmware per l’interfono

wichtige Funktionen gehen nicht:
- Headsetsprache nicht änderbar - soll: dt.
- App stürzt reproduzierbar ab, sobald Tel.funktion ausgewählt wird;
- wenn Mobiltelefon in Ruhezustand geht, geht App in Start-Modus, dadurch einige Fkt. unterwegs nicht nutzbar;
- auch muss jedesmal das Modell (U-com16) manuell erneut ausgewählt werden;
- kein 'erweitertes Menü' / 'advanced features': fehlt komplett;
Funktion Radio-Sender in der Nähe (temporäre FM-Sender) nicht aktivierbar
Für Rauschen beim Radio kann die App vlt. nichts, aber:
dass der Suchlauf starke lokale Sender übergeht und andere, schwächere findet…
wobei dass die starken Sender da sind, mit gutem Empfang, sich bei manueller Frequenzwahl zeigt!
=> da Sprache nicht einstellbar :( laut Anleitung <=
unterschiedliche Befehle/Funktionen mit gleichem Begriff aufzurufen:
Hey Interphone, Group Mesh
Hey Interphone, Gruppen Mesh
intuitiv? welcher Befehl steht wofür?

The app may not be responsible for noise during radio reception, but..:
that the scan skips strong local stations and finds other, weaker ones...
but that the strong stations are there, with good reception, becomes apparent when you select the frequency manually!
