Free but Not accurate
I trusted it until I used caliper to measure, I put caliper in front of my face to measure distance between the dots IPD displays
IPD shows almost 10% more than real distance
IPD shows almost 10% more than real distance
Way off
Optometrist measured 64 and this app shows 61. That’s a big enough difference to mess with the prescription glasses. I highly recommend against this app and recommend just going to get a proper measurement.
Says Near PD measurement but can figure out how
It says you can measure both fat and near PD, but only Far is coming up and I can figure out anyway to change it
Works well!
I am a licensed optician and try this app out on a few people can report that is pretty darn accurate. I.
One small problem
It asked me to take my glasses off, which is fine but it doesn't hold the reading, so with my glasses on it won't read the IPD and with my glasses with my glasses off I can't read the results.
