I want to like this.
That said, I really like this - and the potential - which is why I am taking the time to write this. But … the analysis of what I need (and understanding of state / health / interconnections / and score of elements on a site … seems evasive.

Thanks for taking the time to write up your thoughts, it helps. On images: rather than a built-in file inspector, InterroBot links out to assets intentionally so you can open directly in the browser alongside DevTools, Network, etc.. The hope was to provide more context, not less. The Hypertree is more of an orientating visualization than a deep-dive, where search and the plugin utilities are where the heavy lifting happens. That said, it sounds like you have a clear picture of what you need. I'd love to hear more specifics via the in-app contact form (on the options page). There's a lot of room to grow and user direction genuinely shapes the roadmap.
