Much, much Room For Improvement
First of all, I have over 20 Intertechno devices in my house; actuators switches, dimmers, and have been satisfied with their performance, at least, when using physical on and off switches. Using the apps is a different story. There used to be a similar app to this one in roundabout, 2017. It was developed by a Swiss company (version 2.1.3 build 9), I assume on behalf of Intertechno. When Apple changed the privacy requirements, the old version no longer worked. Reinstalled the app, since it was no longer supported. I also have a Samsung tablet, luckily, the old version still works there, and I am able to integrate it into automation apps.
Today I installed this new version on my iPad Pro, iOS, version 17.1.1. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to perform as it should. First of all, it had difficulty finding the gateway and there is no way to manually enter the IP address of the gateway(like on the old app). As mentioned by other users, going out of the app and coming back in, it loses connection to the gateway. I’ve had to restart the app, in order for it to find the gateway again. Looking in my list of apps, under iOS settings, I don’t see this app listed. Comparing it to other apps, there are settings to allow apps to refresh in the background. There are also settings to allow access to local network. I suspect that the architecture of this app is not 100% conform to iOS activities. This is really a pain in the neck making the app nearly useless.
Added to that is another point already mentioned by another reviewer, is that the import function does not work. This was a similar problem in the old app version. I did all my configurations on the iPad, but could not import the Json file to my iPhones! At some point in time I will likely abandon all of my Intertechno devices and go with something mainstream like Homematic IP.

Bei jedem Update schlechter
Mit dem letzten Update funktioniert der Button zum Importieren nicht mehr.
Somit gehen Steuerungen nur noch auf einem Gerät.
App Rezension werden gelöscht. Ich kommentiere nun schon zum dritten Mal.
Alle Jalousien gingen mit der alten App mit der neuen nur noch zwei.
Fehler sind bekannt werden aber nicht behoben.

Einfach nur traurig
Verliert andauernd die Verbindung zum Gateway bzw findet es nicht mal. Export geht, aber Import-Button ist ohne Funktion. Nichtmal das Bewerten funktioniert problemlos, angeblich alle Namen schon vergeben
Echt schade
Nach längerer Zeit wieder versucht eine App zu finden, die unser Intertechno Zubehör über das Ipad steuert. Damals sehr zufrieden begonnen mit SteckerChecker die toll funktionierte. Leider hatte die Telekom wohl keine Lust mehr und die App starb. Aber nun zu IT lan App. Nette Features angekündigt, Layout ist OK oder vielleicht sogar ganz nett. Einrichten und Pairen ist einfach. Das Gateway sofort identifiziert. Soweit gern 4 Sterne. Dann aber festgestellt, App verliert entweder wiederholt den Kontakt zum Gateway. Schalten geht mal, dann sind wieder Steckdosen verloren gegangen. Lampen gehen plötzlich an usw. Bei der einzig eingerichteten Szenerie hängt das Programm sich auf und Ipad muß neu gestartet werden. Nein, so ist weder Gateway noch App zu nutzen. Wirklich schade, hätte gern besseres berichtet aber so ist das nicht zu gebrauchen. Schaue mich jetzt bei alternativen Anbietern um. Ich verstehe nicht was so schwer sein kann, eine derart überschaubare Anforderung einmal funktionierend zu programmieren. SteckerChecker hatte es doch eigentlich sehr gut vorgemacht.

Die alte App war besser.
Ich kann nur sagen das die alte App um längen besser war. Erst mal lassen sich die Konfigurationen aus der alten App nicht intrigieren und meine Steckdosen funktionieren mit Codierrad auch nicht mehr mit der neuen App. Als einziges gehen die Rollläden noch das war es aber auch.
Früher konnte man den Code aussuchen, geht jetzt auch nicht mehr muss man neu pairen.
Für mich ist das kein Fortschritt, sondern viele Schritte rückwärts.
Werde nun alles rausschmeißen und mir ein richtiger Smart Home System mit Funk Rückmeldung zulegen. Habe es jetzt satt.
