Very useful no frills app for interval training.

All I want is a reminder to get up and move regularly, take a break from my desk for 5 mins every 20
I can set the app to do this throughout the day
Would be good to have a choice of alerts, maybe something louder than the current “ping” but thank you for the app - exactly what I need with no confusing frills attached!
