Not a single Interview received
Profile got approved in January, 2024 and till date, intervue team can't even schedule a single Interview. There is no support team to reach out. On sending email, we don't get any response. App doesn't even has contact us option. So far one of the worst model I have seen.
Good platform and higher Remuneration
Pros: I have been taking interviews for DBA and Developer roles, I am loving to take interviews through this platform as they are providing high pay per interview also during the interviews the customer support is good.
Easy to add the candidate feedback too.

Worst app with poor customer support
I don’t understand how this app is functional. There are so many bugs which clear stops an new interviewer from completing the interview process.
I have completed all the steps and at the last step when I’m supposed to add questions then it asks to select rubrics but no data is available.
If there is no data then how a user will select something. Customer support doesn’t understand such simple things, u ask something on their page and they respond with something else. Worst app ,a clear zero on a scale of 5

Fraud App
THEY WILL NOT LET YOU GET YOUR PAYMENT (CASH OUT)
Ive tried multiple times to talk to them and also tried their app to cash out my earnings but it never works.
There is no point spending hours interviewing if you cant receive payment.
Pathetic experience.

This is fraud app…From last 4-5 months I am not getting interview requests or not able to cash out. When I get interview requests and I try to accept within 30 seconds, it says scheduled with another person. Your interview earned money you will never get back even after raising multiple incidents with support. Pathetic !! Don’t know how shark tank is driving this group.

Not able to add payment method

I am not able to add payment method even in UPI or add account method every time it says invalid phone number
What to do tried 100 times
Filling feedback is tiresome process it took me half hours of time there should be recommendations based feedback

Extremely poor app
The app is awful and extremely not user friendly:
1. Mere sign in takes multiple attempts
2. No support option is present on app,
3. During interview - call support is enabled however no one responds when support is needed
4. Poor poor interface
5. Payouts are worst - tried more that 10 times and it fails every time.
6. When you reach to support team - no response is received .
7. No ticket tracker is available and no acknowledgement is provided for any support request.
This feels like a toddler has created an app for fun. And ironically this is an IT and service provider company with such awful app.

Unable to payout after multiple attempts
The app and support team are really not functioning at all properly. From interviewer end they demand everything on time and spot on but payouts are really very sluggish.
Tried to cashout my payment more than 15 times today but every time its showing “unsuccessful attempt try after sometime”. I did email to support team but as previous issues will not receive a word.
Very unprofessional team, need lot of work on app side. Don’t know but during interview the app works fine but during payouts only such issue happens.

Scam
The process is too sluggish after a week, resulting in the shortlisting of profiles. During the interview, a fake candidate appeared who showed no interest in the company or job description.
The hourly rate has been determined solely by the interview team. Despite my attempts to withdraw money for the past week, I keep encountering the same error message prompting me to try again after 48 hours.
I've also submitted a support ticket via email but haven't received any response. The app and service are extremely disappointing.

Worst experience
I recently applied as an interviewer through their application and i was quite surprised i did not get a confirmation nor any professionalism depicted by intervue team. Please note acknowledging an application and providing an update is the least you can do. All in all please stay away from this app. This app is a #SCAM

Waste startup waste app
i have installed the app 2 months back from 2 months my profile is pending they do not have minimum sense to setup a app process profiles and they want to become billion dollar company.

Have created profile 3 weeks for now and the app shows the approval is pending, there is no way to contact the support to know the status of the application. They need to speed up the onboarding process if they want more people onboard otherwise it will be one of those million apps closing everyday. Bad experience.

Not good app. Tried login and app keep loading. I registered 1 month back and still the profile shows in review and no approval or rejection is received. They need to work a lot on their app and operations both.
How it will survive in market in such i am not sure. Uninstalling it now die to bad customer experience.

List if issues: 1. App is good while looking at interview schedule but it’s too bad while withdrawing Money for interviews fee. 2. Transactions keep failing always, as no fund in account. It’s like a lottery system, as i learn from team in intervue, they put small amount every day in account which get finished in next week. So you are lucky if you got without follow ups :) 3. So bad tool for interviewing.
