About

Seventeen Elders. One Journey. A game of strategy, patience, and skill. Discover Intjuba, a four-row mancala game rooted in South African tradition. Sow seeds across your rows, capture from your opponent, and think ahead with every move. Simple actions lead to thoughtful decisions—and every hole matters. CHOOSE YOUR WAY TO PLAY Explore two capture styles: • Traditional: captured seeds leave the board and count towards your score. • Capture & Score: captured seeds return to your rows, opening the way for further captures. Both use Intjuba’s two-seed move rule: a move starts from a hole containing at least two seeds. JOURNEY OF THE ELDERS Face 17 opponents in a campaign with changing board sizes and increasing difficulty. Meet each Elder, discover their story, and build your record as you climb the ladder. Complete the Journey to earn the permanent title of Elder. Complete it with the AI Assistant off throughout and without tournament cheats to earn the highest honour: Ultimate Elder. PLAY, LEARN, AND IMPROVE • Challenge the computer at different difficulty levels. • Share a device for local two-player games. • Learn through an interactive tutorial. • Enable the AI Assistant for suggested moves, then tap “Why?” to explore the reasoning. • Track your results, unlock achievements, and compare scores through Game Center. • Save an unfinished game and return to it later. MADE FOR YOUR APPLE DEVICES Play on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, with a board and controls suited to each screen. Intjuba brings a traditional game into a modern digital experience. Its selectable capture styles, two-seed move rule, and game-ending safeguards are deliberate adaptations, offering fresh ways to explore the strategy of four-row mancala. Take your seat. Choose your move. Begin your Journey.
