Crashes most of time
Since iOS 11. This is a very unstable app. With no sign of an update. Nice for all those folk who paid extra to have the in.touch remote control for their tubs installed and now can’t use it.
Buggy crashes won't work with WEP
Don't bother with this if you have WEP encryption on your wi-fi
Connectivity issues
It keeps disconnecting from my home wifi, I have to repeat the set up over and over. In this state the app is not useful at all which makes the module I bought for my endless pool a waste of money.

90% of the time it doesn't work. Very frustrating!

Poor WiFi range.
Seriously. Every phone, tablet and laptop, on the market has decent WiFi range. You’re lucky to get this device to work within 20 feet from your router or range extender. As I look through the reviews I see this to be a common theme. Why then does the company not respond with a solution? Do they not even bother to read these reviews? Fix this now!!

First impressions - very poor
Have just had tub installed and am amazed at how slow and clumsy this app is proving.
Takes an age to find the tub, disconnects, have to go back into settings, find the tub again, go back into the app, find the tub through the app, sometimes finds it again just as often doesn't.
Having just bought what I thought was a premium product this element lets it down badly.

Très utile!
L'application fonctionne très bien et est très utile pour connaître l'état de mon spa et faire des changements à distance.
Par contre, étant donné que mon spa est loin de la maison, cela m'a fallu up peu de temps pour bien ajuster la distance de mon "wifi extender" entre mon spa et mon routeur pour avoir une bonne connexion.

Awful
I've had my SPA since June. I can count with one hand how many times it's worked. Absolutely garbage! Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy! Save your money!
Ne se connecte pas au wi- fi
Si votre SPA est collé sur la maison sûrement que l'application fonctionne mais moi mon SPA est à 10 mètres de la maison et même avec un prolongateur de signal, il ne se connecte pas. Je me sert de l'application seulement en 3G et à côté du SPA pour savoir l'entretien.
Need some tweaking
App keep on crashing, got aquetic swim spa - as soon as tryin to connect app crashes. Need some fine tuning.
