Never accurate
The location is never accurate. I can be at work all day and it will show my car is still parked at home after 8 hour shift.
Horribly Lacking app…and potentially useless product
These apps are pretty weak when compared to DroneMobile.
The “VP” version (for wireless devices) is awful and lacks the features of their other app, which they say is for wired devices.
This InTouch VP app has NO features, other than posting your vehicle location every 12 hours. I’m thankful I don’t pay a dime for this product in my new vehicle.
The MAIN purpose is to show your vehicle’s location, but at a 12 hour refresh…your vehicle will be in Mexico or in a container before their “Customer Help” line is answered, and the system activated to a “live” status. And, if it’s like they say, and others claim, if they need to go through a “Law Enforcement” contact for that to happen, then this product IS WORTHLESS!!
This comes from someone who KNOWS what it’s like to have a vehicle stolen and not have LE take any part of the recovery process!

It’s not pinpoint
Every time I use this app I can see the general area it’s in but it doesn’t show exactly where it is. When it’s parked in my garage the app will show you the general area, it has never pinpointed where out odd exactly

I think the speed alert should be available on this app. It’s a very useful feature and should be offered to all customers.

The app has not tracked my motorcycle in 8 days. 8 WHOLE DAYS! I wish there was an option to manually ping your bike through the app, but there isn’t. Instead, you’re relying on the hope that the app will refresh with the most recent location at some point. Do not buy this product. Can’t believe the dealership made me spend $1,000 on this useless tracker. Do better.

Never updates The location on the device
I’m waiting 13 hours still to find where my bike is located and it never refreshes. Do not buy this device at the deal it’s a serious waste of money. Go buy a apple air tag, they are instant and they’re 20x cheaper. Plus make people scared of taking your bike or anything because they’ll get a alert that you have one in your vehicle..

Not working
My last check in was 4 days ago and I reached out to support and they said there is nothing they can do. My car also has another gps by VW and it works so I don’t care anymore about this one.

Not worth it
Barely updates once a day. People could be out of the country by the time it updates or the car could be stripped. It should update every minute at the least.
