No update issue of InTouch in over two weeks.
Wrong magazine
Instead of the Jamie Fox cover every time I try to open my magazine it opens to a Woman’s World which I don’t subscribe to.
Poor service
Multiple issues released late on the app. The most recent issue shows the magazine’s cover but when you open it, it’s actually Women’s World magazine

Tried for weeks to download weekly magazine with zero luck. Have tried everything so I will take money magazine money elsewhere.

Each week you post an issue that leave me waiting a week sometimes weeks before you fix it. I was a intouch reader for 10yrs...... after my subscription is up I am canceling and will never pick your magazine up digital or not
Horrific
I have not been able to read this magazine for 3 weeks. Following instructions in FAQ section, still not functioning properly.
Frustrating
This application keeps shutting down, the pages change size or become pixelated. It is extremely frustrating.

The magazine is consistently frustrating to read. The pages change in terms of their size and then it becomes impossible to read. I'm tired of paying for a magazine that I cannot read.

Constant download error message
After receiving download error messages for the past three issues, I requested a refund from iTunes.
For the creators of this app, if you want to sell magazines, don’t just create an App for getting people’s money. Make also sure that upon us paying for a subscription, you can deliver a weekly magazine for us to read.

Horrible resolution. I can't even read the pages and as a another reviewer mentioned, it takes FOREVER for the pages to load. Glad I only purchased one issue and didn't subscribe. Us Weekly digital edition by far blows this away. Don't purchase, you'll regret it.
Should have stuck to US Weekly...
I wanted to give this iPad app a chance, so I downloaded a magazine, and boy do I want my $3 back. Pages take forever to fully download, and I ended up looking at blurry/unreadable or white pages. I was also annoyed by the thick gray line in the middle of each page. Don't waste your money or storage..

Garbage
Doesn't work. At all. $39 wasted. No support available. App won't open. Can't so much a load magazine after downloading. It just crashes immediately. I've tried on 3 iPads and 2 iPhones. Save your money until they decide they'd like to fix it or make an app that isn't garbage.
