Program stinks! Lots of bugs, not user friendly. Lightning Bolt is so much better. Very disappointed

Terrible choice
Changing the beginning of the week from Sunday to Monday was a terrible choice.

Update killed the app
They did an update a couple days ago and now the app is completely nonfunctional. The app won’t load and I have no access to my work schedule.
I don’t like it
Can’t figure out who to switch call off to because you can only see your own schedule on the mobile app. Represents different shifts with difficult to visually differentiate markers. Old system was bad but better
Unable to select multiple dates
When on Intrigma, you are unable to select multiple dates that you’d like to delete events for. For example, if you’d like to remove “Available this day” for all Thursdays/Fridays, then you’d be unable to. Also unable to select “Available this day” for all Tuesdays (for example). It would glitch and select All days as available…. And now I must delete it every day.

Great, however could be better
Pending trades don’t auto refresh after accepting or declining requests, have to restart app to see new changes.
Difficult
I’m trying to see the schedule for my region for Block 2. I’m only able to find my personal schedule.
Intrigma program
Program doesn’t work on iPhone 10.
Trash
This app is trash. When you want to make a trade it doesn’t open in the correct month, It takes forever to load, and you can only do one trade at a time.
Fast and reliable
This app is fast and great for seeing my schedule at any time on my phone. I can also pretty easily swap shifts.

Inrigma loading
The app takes so long to load it times itself out more often than I can use it. I have tried different internet connections as well as the data from my phone. Nothing seems to work.
Been working great until recently
Good app, most recently however the pending trades tab is glitchy with not all info showing up. Maybe a result of dark mode in the new iOS upgrade?

Sometimes the schedule won’t load. Can’t always switch shifts easily in the app.
Does the key functions but refresh time renders it unusable
Shockingly poor refresh system. Good connection and viewing part of a period. If I look forward a month there is always no data and I have to leave the app open for at least 5 minutes at which point I miiight get the data to fill in next months calendar. I mean as a scheduling app showing me the schedule is kinda your only job...
