Not worth the money
Remember this: these people are just trying to get money from you. Most take your calls from their cars and will be late. They already think less of you for giving them money for their time. Don’t fall for this like I did!

No recording option. Super inconvenient
I was sure that my call is recorded and will be able to playback later. I was wrong. I spent $600 on something I can’t even re watch analyze and make useful
SCAM - 50% “fees”, read online review too.
STAY Away. This is a total Scam - 50% in fees, and almost FINANCIAL FRAUD. Shady. They don’t even have a clear breakdown. They charge YOU “customer and marketing fees”. The App doesn’t barely shows any specifics. Support is non-existent. Don’t waste your time. Other expert networks are way better.

Great app for intro to highly qualified experts
My first experience with intro was fantastic! The sign up process was fast and easy and the discovery process was pretty simple and straightforward, resulting in a great match for my needs and a successful first call which was well worth it. Can’t wait to try other experts on the platform, all of whom look very seasoned. Highly recommended

Excellent business app
Our business needed advice on supply chain. I booked the lady who ran that dept at Patagonia, then jumped on a live video call with her and my team, and did our 30 min consultation. She answered all of our questions saving us time and helping us avoid mistakes we would have made. We might subscribe to her to her on the app have her advise our brand.

Buggy, bad support
Took my money. Tech problems prevented the consultation. Tech rep didn't show for scheduled meeting to fix them. Refused refund.

Bad payout system
The payout method is absolute garbage and difficult to change. I do not recommend it to experts.

Nice app burns my phone
Great conversation, glad I was able to have the opportunity and access. I had a 15 minute call and my phone overheated and shut off midway through. It’s was seriously hot to the touch. Thankfully I was able to reach out via LinkedIn and finish the call with the expert. They also have had phone overheating issues happen multiple times. His phone was hot as we spoke because of the call.

Lazy Call with Andrew Chen
My call with Andrew Chen was an awful. Right away, it was obvious he hadn’t even glanced at the pre-call notes and he was late. The conversation was beyond lazy and disrespectful to founders who pay $2500 for 30 mins.
Most of the call stayed at a surface level with no depth. Given the stage of our business, it just wasn’t useful.
We asked for a refund just for this call (since the others we’ve had were great), but they refused. We even reached out to one of the founders and got completely ghosted.
I get that it’s tricky since Andrew is their lead investor, but if you’re paying for access to top-tier advice, there should be some quality control. Instead, the platform hides behind restrictive terms and poor customer service. That won’t end well for it.
