I purchased this app and it was great. Months later I can’t use it at all. Nothing works!! They made money off of it and then they ghosted?

I think I have bought this app years back and made couple cooks intros but now a days dose not work. I have reinstalled from App Store but still has problem. It dose not opens any one of them. It dose not downloads from iCloud either. So could you tell some one how to fix this problem

Can’t download anything on my IPad, i will be requesting for a refund. Awful app don’t download!

I tried to download these small intros but it doesn’t appear anywhere for me to start editing. Why haven’t this been fixed yet, does the seller even care about the people who’s been spending money on this for nothing?
