Small town BIG Bank
INTRUST bank in Newton is the best. They provide all the services of a big bank but with that small town bank customer service. Employees are so friendly and accommodating.

This is about my second time to use this app. So far, it has been extremely easy and I am loving it.

INTRUST updates
My app was working great! Then they updated it and now I can’t even log in to see my account. I try to download the update and when I do there is no option to update just Open app. Click that and it goes back to you need to update. A loop with no end.
Can’t access with new update
App wont allow me to access my information after the new update because it requires me to update my entire phone. I shouldn’t be forced into updating my phone for your app to work.

The App makes it difficult to deposit a check compared to banks that have been doing it for 10+ years

Old Phones Incompatible
I own an iPhone from 2017. With Apple withdrawing updates for older models, I cannot download the latest update. I cannot even access the app. I wish there was an option to use an older version of the app if you have an older phone, with an understanding that the latest update is more secure.
App logic problem for recurring payments
Tried to set up a monthly payment for 12 iterations. Wanted to set monthly on the 21st of the month. That went fine. Could NOT select a start date for the payments because the 21st happened to be on a weekend this month. Had to go back and set the payments back to the 19th for the start date would actually show up in the app! This needs to be fixed!!!
