This app is very good and helps me alot but it would be so much better if i was able to skip ahead in the practice recording if i dont have time to do the whole thing. Thanks

It makes me fell calm after doing the prosses. Like if i was mad befor it would help calm me down.🙂

I tried to even sign up and it doesn’t work. It doesn’t seems to be updated with the apple iOS and it crashes as well when I tried to sign up! It doesn’t allow me or provides email who to contact either.
