Export your data — Your full Intura history now saves to iCloud Drive automatically: a clean Markdown file you can read anywhere, plus a structured JSON copy. It updates itself as you reflect and as new weekly and monthly summaries are generated, so you always have a portable copy of everything you've written. It's also organized so you can point an AI assistant straight at it. Turn it on in Settings — nothing is exported unless you do. Improvements -------------- Instant saves — Saving a daily reflection used to pause for up to a minute while it synced. Now it saves immediately and syncs quietly in the background, so your completion moment shows up right away. Weekly summaries no longer come up blank — Fixed a timing bug where a freshly generated summary could render as an empty screen. Your summary now appears reliably the moment it's ready. Clearer coach sync — If you write to your coach while offline, you'll now see "Saved locally — sync pending" with a Sync button, instead of a confusing "Save failed." Your message is safe and syncs as soon as you're back online. More reliable iCloud sync — Cut down on sync errors and rate-limit hiccups, especially during long writing sessions and with longer entries.
