Doesn’t work
Followed all the directions and it still won’t connect fix your sketchy app
My inumen device won’t pair
When I first bought this inumen about two years ago it worked perfectly and I had it connected to my old phone for the longest time, but now that I’ve bought a new phone the device just isn’t pairing... any ideas as to how I might get it to work?
‘Unauthorised hardware’ popup
It works except when in the app. I can’t use any of the app functions as there is an ‘unauthorised hardware’ popup that won’t go down. It says to please stop using but I can’t even remove the popup to do so. Please remove this popup. My hardware should be authorised as the packaging it legitimate.
You broke the app with the update now it won't work!
When can we expect your Bluetooth product to work with the app? I'd like a time frame.

Someone has stolen our small lovely and now is stealing INUMEN, misappropriation is illegal. Please contact your seller to return it or refund. We are cracking down on this theft!
