It didn’t work anyone even I bought another version , no support at all, write any email to the company , no response at all , all my data is there without use , it waste my time

My inventory I’ve been tracking for over 2 years is on an app called Inventory Tracker for SmallBiz put out by Index Global Solutions. There was an update 2 weeks ago. When I opened the app it all of a sudden doesn’t show any pictures on the list (you have to click the item to see the picture) and it says “Plan will expire in X days. Please renew to continue”. It was supposed to be a one time payment for the lifetime of my business. The time now says I have 2 days left to renew but there doesn’t seem to be any place to renew. I decided I was going to leave a review, because I can’t seem to get a hold of anybody for help either as both emails bounce back as undeliverable. But, when I selected to review, it brought me to this app, Inventory for Retailer put out by SuperNova Tech. I don’t know if the other company sold out or they renamed. If I decide to import my inventory over to this app, then I will lose everything except the item number, item description, cost price and sale prices. I will have to go back through on each item and enter how many of each item I have. And if I want to be able to see past reports I will have to go through and renter every sale for the last 2+ years! I liked this app until now. Inventory tracking is a big deal even with a small inventory like I carry. I am not happy!

Worst app support ever. Some genius decided to update and then they disappeared. I’ve lost more than two years worth of inventory transactions. No one has responded to any of my attempts to contact. If this group is involved with your app, find another.
In app purchase
It tells me right at the start it’s expired and need to pay for subscription.! Not able to see if it is even any good
