No working any more
It was great , but recently I can not save the transactions ,and no support staff answer my email ,no one can help , it costs me a problem
Technically issues.
Looks like useful app. But can’t create and save a new product. Or just not working properly with iOS 13.5.1
Worst support ever
I've used this app for a little over two years. Initially it was way more reliable. I was able to use transaction numbers to teach in and out inventory and recall that. If I had a question story was good about getting back, but maybe a little slow. Since the update a couple weeks ago, the app closes when you search for and item to add to a transaction or even when you try to reach out to support. I sent three or four email to the support group and haven't heard one thing, crickets. Worse than that I've got about a $48K inventory I cannot track history on and the app is constantly taking me I need to renew my subscription. The hitch is it lock up when you go to that part of the app and I purchased it in the first place! There was never want mention of a subscription at that time, what changed and where did these guys go????? I'll water clear of anything these people are connected to. I highly advise you to do the same.
