QR code scan issue

The QR code that is created by the print inventory label option isn’t recognized by iOS (iPhones) devices. Makes quick search on items useless on iPhones.

Verrryyyy Slllooowww tooo Looooaaddd

Before doing a search I have to wait 30 seconds for it to think. As it always defaults to Search via Item Number, then I have to wait another 30 seconds after I select to search all fields. If I change the search criteria back to Item Number I have to wait 30 seconds. Each time I change the search criteria I have to wait 30 seconds.

I thought it might have had something to do with our patchy phone coverage at work, but I tried it at home next to one of my WiFi access points and I’m still waiting for just as long.

I normally don’t have the item images on for the search in the hope that it speeds up the the Wait Time. I’ve since learned today it doesn’t make a difference.

I don’t know who developed this app, but it looks like it was done on the cheap and the backend needs extensive work to make it usable. I only use this roughly once a day. I’d hate to have to use this multiple times a day.

Somewhat Limited

The mobile app is definitely somewhat limited in the amount of features when compared to the desktop client. This app also needs to be optimized for iPhone X+ screens

Please add photos to items

since using this for our business, i noticed when scanning items on my device that it does not show the attached image for the item. This would be an extremely helpful addition to the next update
