Not working

I purchased this app for my business, and it has crashed on multiple occasions. I cannot add inventory, and it just does not work overall. I've attempted to contact the developer 3 times already with no response.

No customer support

I purchased a yearly subscription as I tried the demo and it worked fairly well for what I needed which honestly wasn’t that much. It’s been a few days now and my account still says it’s a trial and I’ve tried every means of contacting the designers and company to get my account upgraded from the trial to my yearly subscription and still no reply from any of them. I’ve got a bad feeling my $50 was just wasted and stolen by these crooks. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS AP.
