Great products but...
Love the products but the ordering process is not clear.
I ordered what I thought was on one off order but received another order this week.
Not able to amend or change the products and if it is on automatic reorder how do you cancel.

Excellent Milk
Great to have a milk delivery service back. Excellent product.
One small criticism of the app is that there is no facility to amend or suspend subscriptions. That would be really useful.

Really great to get deliveries
Only downside is remembering to go onto app & re-order fortnightly. Would be great to be able to either have a standing order type payment or even time between need to re-order increased
Get there eventually
I always forget to change the frequency but get there eventually. Love getting my milk delivered

Brilliant app, fantastic milk and service, would be great if it would automatically take payment every 4 weeks instead of having to try and remember.
Not easiest app
Maybe it’s me but I find it frustrating trying to repeat our regular 4 week order. Not very intuitive at all.

Where is the direct debit option?
It’s frustrating there still isn’t the option to setup a direct debit. Also can’t tell on the app what my account balance is and if I am due to settle any outstanding amounts.

Pretty good - subscription would be good
Good friendly app but I do forget to put in my order every fortnight . Could do with either a repeating order/ subscription option or a reminder that my current order is coming to an end.
