Difficult to use
There is no reset password option visible in the app, so I cannot login. I can’t even find anywhere on the website to change the password so the app is useless. Accidentally set the wrong location as my club and cannot change it. Needs a lot more work to be even satisfactory.
Awful, user-hostile app
This app is by far the worst gym booking app have ever used—everything is so unintuitive and much more complicated than it needs to be.
It’s also impossible to look at each club and see what’s on a particular date—you have to look times up class name by class name. Useless.

This app is not user friendly at all , the whole booking process is so much more complicated than it has to be, nothing is joined up .
Cannot book
Have added card details, reserved my swim
But can’t checkout, there’s nothing in the basket. So I go back to get my swim again and it shows as reserved but I can’t pay for it?
