So frustrating
The app doesn’t work. when you click forgot password, that doesn’t work. you can’t login. you can’t use the service. Does the service even freaking exist anymore because you need to tell some businesses that it’s just not working

Can’t even get logged into the app. When I click forgot password it doesn’t do anything either, I get an error message.

One of the worst verification app ever when you input your data in it doesn’t bring you to the next step it keeps on repeating itself. I got pass the log in stage but after that I was unable to get to the other steps.

I can’t get a payday loan because the loan company uses this ‘two star’ app that doesn’t even work. It opens and everything, allows you to sign into banking for verification of banking details but then when you click their icon for screen capturing your banking, as they require, the entire app closes and forces you to log in again. It happens every single time. As a result I can’t verify my banking and can’t ge the loan. This ap SUCKS.

Please update this app! Try to capture the page and It spins on the wheel of death and then times out. If it does happen to go through ( which is rare) the company doesn’t receive it! I’ve tried at home and work (so different wifi), different devices and same issues. It’s awful.
And entourage ever going to fix this broken App
From iOS the thing never loads past second function. Why wouldn’t you correct something like this?
