Requires you to do it their way or not at all.
I have no idea if the content of this app is any good at all because you can’t see any of it unless you start at the place they want you to start. Developers, why are you locking this down instead of allowing people to see the content based on where they’re at? instead of forcing people to go through your tour route in order, allow them to browse based on where they happen to be in the city. I visited several of your locations but nothing "unlocked" because I didn't start at the castle as you expect everyone to do. Don't lock up your content at all. Set your content free!

Disappointing
Was really looking forward to doing this self-guided tour. However, with Inverness Castle closed at the moment, I couldn’t get it to start at the first location, with no apparent option to start elsewhere. Very inflexible. No directions or decent help available.

This is a piss poor app. Sitting in my hotel room in Inverness, I downloaded the app and thought “let’s go and explore!”
So I go into the app and it offers me no overview, no historical background, but a list of numbers. Perhaps this is a game of bingo?
So I try hitting 1 and it tells me (in microscopic font) to go to the castle. I cannot see a map of the walk, not read the text until I go there! Why?

Really poor
As a local Invernessian I was keen to try this and really wanted it to be something that I could recommend to visitors but man how do you even start it? I stood in Castle St and it wouldn’t start. I tried other sites but no success. Why do these apps not get tested by locals with no prior involvement prior to release to iron out issues. And no way to feedback to the designers other than this platform. Really disappointing.
