Fraud app
I invested my hard-earned money in the 12% Club product through the BharatPe Invest app, trusting the promises of safe, flexible, and high-return investments. For a while, everything seemed fine. But now, without any prior notice, the entire 12% Club option has disappeared from the app — I can no longer track, manage, or withdraw my investment.
There was no notification, no warning, no communication from the company regarding this major change. I searched the app thoroughly, reinstalled it, and even checked for updates — but the option is simply gone. I have also tried contacting customer support, but there is no clear response or resolution so far. This kind of behavior from a financial service provider is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
As a customer, I feel anxious and betrayed, with no transparency about the status of my funds. At the very least, BharatPe owes its users proper communication, clarity, and immediate access to their investments.
If you are considering investing through this app, please be cautious. Lack of transparency and poor customer support make this a risky platform for financial products.
I urge the company to resolve this issue promptly and restore users’ trust before it escalates further.

These people are thieves
This app stopped working on my phone andwould just display a blank screen every time i opened it. I sent over one month of emails, and messages on Instagram and they just said be patient, be patient. My investments are lying with this company and I have no access to them. They have no phone number to call on and their grievance redress is no existent. Do not download this app under any circumstances it’s the same as burning your money

I have been trying your app for last 15 min but it just showing loading screen no error message no UI i wanted to check the amount which I invested but not finding a way to check. I have uninstalled and installed the app again login worked properly when after navigating to homescreen i knly seeing loading animation no Ui

Not able to withdraw Monay
I have deposited an amount without any lock in at the lowest revised interest rates (9.5%). I have been trying to withdraw the interest amount and then also tried withdrawal of the principal amount. now the reply is that the withdrawal could not be processed due to error at their banking partner's end. I have even raised concern with the support team over mail. It's been 25 days and no action. It is definitely what it used to be. Lack of transparency no customer care, and too many issues with the app.

RBI regulations affected the ratings, but the company remains genuine.
After four years of investing ₹10 lakhs with the 12% Club, I can confidently affirm the platform’s legitimacy. Though my funds were held up for two months, they continued to accrue interest, and the disbursement was completed in two phases. For those concerned about fund security—there’s no cause for worry. Even in the event of delays, every rupee is returned. Kudos to the team for their integrity and transparency!

Not returning my money from around 1 month. (Never invest on this platform, you will lose it)
I had invested in 12 % club, around 2 years back. Now when I need my money back, I put a request to return.
While there application is showing transaction pending since last 3 weeks. I have tried to reach out them over mail as there is no other way to contact. And No one actually replies from there team, you will get auto replies that’s it. So it looks like looting money by just marketing.
After many continuous emails, few days back I received a mail that, they are unable pay on my current account, so I have to change the account number in the application.
Even though my banking services are working fine, I have provided them updated bank details.

Beware! Money stuck
Don’t invest in this app. My withdrawal request is stuck for 1.5 months now. First of all, all customer care numbers of their website don’t work, you can try. Secondly, they don’t reply to mail for weeks. Finally when replied they said my bank account is not working (which was completely false as I checked by sending money to it via IMPS from some other source). They asked me to change my account but guess what - when I tried to give my brother’s account number they are not accepting that. Now only way for me is to create a new bank account for them to transfer money there. Worst! Dont recommend investing in this. Worst possible customer service!

Unnecessary harassment and no resolutions to the concerns
The company is harassing its customers as they made mistake by trusting them. I deposited ₹1,00,000 of my hard-earned money into their app, and one day without any prior information, they initiated a withdrawal request from my account. However, even after more than two weeks now, the amount has not been credited to my bank account neither it is reflecting in bahatpe account it is just showing under transaction is under process. I have no idea where the money has gone, and the only way to contact BharatPe is through email, which only generates automated responses without any resolution. This leaves me with no choice but to file a complaint in the consumer court and report this as cyber fraud.

Incompetent services
I had invested an amount in 12% club, which was the app’s previous name and it was due to mature 1.5 months back. I can not withdraw my funds due to some “technical glitch” as per the call I received and I’ve been listening to the same story on every call that the complaint has been escalated to relevant department and it is being treated on priority. Btw, priority=more than 1.5 months. No phone number to contact them. When I email, they close my ticket within a few hours. Utterly poor service and would definitely ask anyone of you who’s looking at this review to DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION or you funds will be BLOCKED and you won’t be able to get ANY HELP from them.

Returns have decreased
I’ve been using this app over a year now. Was really happy with it and so I had refrained from using any other apps that give 12%+ returns too as I trusted the 12% club. Offlate I realised I wasn’t getting 12% return but a fraction less. So I decided to withdraw and move some of it to other apps. To make matters worse the new update has brought the returns down further. Hate it. It should no longer be called 12% club. But more like may be just above 8% club or something. Uninstalling this for now.

Addressing common issues
1. People not able to add money.
They are open for investment every 60 days from what i have observed. Could be 60 could be 30 but in a cycle of 60 days they open up but you’ll have to keep the app installed and check daily.
2. Not getting 12% return.
I am invested in this app for past 14 months and not a single day i wasn’t paid 12% return. Could be some might have had been given less than 12% at times as whosoever there loan amount was given to may have defaulted but i don’t think it’s a regular occurrence. Maybe you all are calculating returns wrongly. One comment said he is receiving 10% keep in mind if you have deposited 10lac you won’t get 12k per month as there are 12 months and not 10. To calculate your return correctly multiply your daily earning with 365 and then see if that amount is 12% of your invested amount.
3. App shutting down as warned by ashneer
Can’t really say about that but if ashneer was so sure he would have provided some documents to substantiate for what he was saying. There was a FIR filed by Bharatpe a day before he seems to be having personal vendatta of sort like meri nahi huyi toh kisi ki nahi hogi. By issuing such statements he seems to trying to create a bank run sort of situation. Dangerous. Rbi should pull him up for threatening financial stability of a company.
4. Support
Support is nill they never reply to reviews except bot replies. Comment section of social media are of. No Customer line. If the company truly goes does nobody on their end will respond.
5. Issues with wrong credit score and stopping you from taking your investment back.
Their seems to be some people on twitter vocal about these issues . Personally as a rule of thumb i never take loan from any 3rd app except my credit card bank. So don’t really know if they fail to timely intimate credit. Bureaus about your credit report. The max i withdrew from app was 49,999 at once. Every month a withdraw my interest. Never faced a problem.
Hope these pointers will help you guys make an informed choice. I do not have technical expertise to make returns from equity market but this app has given me consistent 12% return for more than an year now so i am not going to withdraw my corpus i am addicted to 12% return.

After using this app over a year, I can really confidently say that this is really a safe application as investments and withdrawals both are done correctly and in timely manner. If there are of any delay’s the support team of 12% is always there to help and they do provide resolutions to the fullest. The referrals earning is also correctly reflected as someone who referred me used to get there return’s correctly. See this investment is not regulated try to understand However the technology behind this is really rock solid, I mean where guy’s take loans through LenDen Club. This review is from someone who has invested in lakhs earned in thousands and was able to successfully withdraw as well.

I have been using this app from last 8 months, I am getting interest on time without any issues . Initially we used to start getting interest from the next day but these days we are getting interest after 3 working days
Unique p2p lending app
I am not sure any other p2p lending platforms can come close to 12% in regards of usage , simplicity and the flexibility to add and withdraw money at any point of time … yeah i agree there are times the app does not allow you to invest… but whenever it does add the extra money you have and see your money grow … in love with this platform … keep up the good work

trust breaking app, After some time your balance will show zero
I was trying to add balance since last few days but due to some technical issue i was not able to add balance now certainly i checked my application then all my transactions and my account balance is showing zero to me Also the details are not showing Fake app, there is no customer care number and there is an option to send mail, I get auto reply on it.

Date are really confusing
I had taken 2 loan on x date and second loan y date, then it was z date to pay x loan but with later on y loan it got merged showed to pay on z1 date. I was really confusing, I had already paid almost half after merge, I was thinking to pay before z1 date after z date, Customer care and their managers called harassed me paying loan immediately, I was really in chaos , They are pointing mistake on me instead they have done these confusion, Moreover, I paid it within 10min , Manager spoke really harsh, I really don’t recommend anyone to buy loan with some kind of apps, These ppl harassing ppl with date and confusing them, Better go to the bank get loan.

Not allowing to withdraw money/ support team is weak
I’ve been a user of this app from the last 5 months and never have i ever faced this issue I’m facing right now. The app shows it has detecte a suspicious activity and now my withdrawal of money is blocked. I mailed the supprt team and it has been two days but neither my issue got resolved nor i got any kind of information or support from their support team.
Please be careful with your money because apps like this are not trust worthy. I’m suffering now and I really don’t want anyone to face the same with their hard earned money. If I could rate this app 0 stars I’d have happily do it this app doesn’t even deserve 1 single star

Not able to invest money
Hello Team, i have installed app but its not allow me to move further after clicking on terms & conditions page. Application continually showing message to set location setting but after set it, still not able to proceed. Please look into this issue. I using iPhone11 with 15.4 os version.
Money got deducted but not credited or refund back
I was enjoying this app earlier, have lost complete trust in this after the issue which I am facing currently, my money got deducted from my account a few weeks back, but the same was not credited to 12% club app and neither refund by to my account. Since money was deducted I am continually following with their team but have not received any response from the support service, sending reminders but no luck. It is horrible to digest some trustworthy applications that can act like this, the important thing is they don't have any customer care number or any alternative email id where we can raise our complaint.
