The worst banking app I use. Sends OTP each time, even for saved payees. And it’s often down. Plus, it’s very very slow. And don’t even get me started on their web version.

The security of this app is questionable, device login is serious and not included. Accessing your account from any device and there are no account verification to allow login from another device.
Basically if anyone has your account password you are done.

The app feels like the first generation of apps
Very old , last update released more than 3 years ago, sent multiple messages to management a month ago with no reply! ,lack of any sort of integration . Please don’t fall in the trap of this bank , premium fees in every thing and has 5 ATM’s in Jordan. Grow up we are not that dumb.
