Can't open the app
I have had the app for a few months now. Every time I try to come create my account it says verification has failed.

Warning: Unacceptable Withdrawal Experience
I trusted Investly by Fidelity and deposited my money expecting reliable, professional service. But when I tried to withdraw my funds, they refused, saying there were “risks in the process.” I provided everything they asked for—including my bank statement for identity verification—but they still haven’t returned my money.
Every day, I get the same message: “Sorry, please wait until tomorrow.” It’s been nothing but endless delays, vague excuses, and zero accountability.
At this point, it feels like they’re holding my money hostage. I no longer trust this app or Fidelity’s handling of it. If you’re thinking about using Investly, think twice. Transparency, trust, and customer service are severely lacking. Avoid until they fix these serious issues.

Misleading returns
Ad says fund gained 25% since inception but has not been updated since January. I’d like the updated figure pls.

Beware!!! This app will set you up an account, deposit your money and then never let in into the app or pretend that you even have an account. You’ll still get promotional emails though, just to rub salt in the wound. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. Not safe. Not secure and their “customer service” does not exist if you can’t log in the account they say you don’t have, but will cheerily put money into.
