Racial slurs & bad customer service
The support staff gave me incorrect information on how to cancel my subscription. When I called to explain what had happened and ask for a refund the agent said the misunderstanding was my fault so no refund, then he called me a slur and hung up. Worst customer support ever.

Performance of the ID app over phone is pretty fast. Also the navigation is seamless.
